Writing Term 1

WALT write a recount about something  that has already happened.

SUCCESS CRITERIA – we will have a capital at the start of each sentence and a fullstop at the end.

Reading Term 1

WALT read on and re-run is we lose meaning.
SUCCESS CRITERIA; we can attempt a word or leave it out then read to the end of the sentence and read it again.

Student Voice " I know to read on to the end of the sentence and come back if it doesn't seem to make sense".

Term 1 Physical Education - Swimming

WALT swim freestyle using our arms and legs correctly.

Success Criteria - We can use our arms to do freestyle and kick with long straight legs.
Student Voice - I know how to do freestyle so that I move through the water smoothly.  My mother is a famous swimmer.
