Athletics
On Tuesday and Wednesday we had kauri Athletics. A challenge i faced on Athletics day was doing high jump because you did ´d know if you would make it .My favourite event on the day was running because i came 1st and I am going to zones. something I am proud of is that i came 1st in running.

I have presented my narrative using…movie making.
I worked with… Amber .
My narrative showed empathy by... Robin saving the kids.
The thing I enjoyed most about this learning was…making the movie and filming.

For art attack my goal was to produce a piece of art related to our local landscape using either paint, water colour or pastel.
With Mrs Marsh I learned about foreground, midground and background in landscapes.
With Mr Forman I learned about colour and complementary colours.
With Mr Rule I looked at the different landscape features of Canterbury and Banks Peninsula.

WALT: redesign an outdoor learning space.
I learned that the Education Brief is about changes we can make to some of our different learning spaces

Title: My Snake Mosaic Walt : to create a mosaic picture using pastel and lndian lnk Success criteria: we'll know we've achieved this when ... We have used chalk to break our into pieces Our pastel inside the chalk lines is bold(dark ) Our pastel is tidy around the edges of the chalk Our tropical creature is easily identified and does not blend in with the background we have used colour effectively lndian ink shows our mosaic pieces I learned to break up my snake that I am doing into pieces so I can use pastel to make my picture pop To colour in dark with pastel so the pieces are bright and no white is showing.

I learnt how to plant a seed .This is an example of one of the seeds we planted at Oderings yesterday The steps we had to follow were:
Soil ,Seeds,them,soil,water I learnt About plants they need water About 3 times a week. I achieved my goal because learnt that it is fun to do learn about plants .
Term 4 Maths.
WALT know about how skip counting is to do with multiplying.

WALT jump on the spot while we are turning the ropes.
SUCCESS CRITERIA I can skip on the spot, jumping and turning the rope.
STUDENT VOICE I am good at skipping. I make turn the rope quickly".
Inquiry Potato and bean growing Term 4
WALT know what plants needs to grow well.
SUCCESS CRITERIA We will plant the potato and the bean under the soil and give it water and light to help it grow.
STUDENT VOICE " I can look after my plant really well. I give it water and I put it out in the sun".
